From the Founder
The system I needed didn't exist. So I built it.
I lost money. I lost time. I built without mentors, without playbooks, without a circle that understood the weight of what I was carrying. I learned the hard way what every African entrepreneur eventually learns — talent is not enough. Structure is everything.
NEXT STEP is the platform I wish I had: a place where ambitious people can find clarity, mentorship, partnerships, capital and the operational rigor to turn vision into outcomes.
