These terms apply when you use this website or buy from NEXT STEP by MAP Consulting ("we", "us"), in Ghana. By buying from us you agree to them. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Ebook purchases
- Digital delivery. Ebooks are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed you can download your book straight away, and we email a private download link to the address you gave us. Please check your email address carefully when you buy.
- Download limits. Each download link works for a limited number of downloads and days. If a link expires or stops working, you can request a fresh link on our Get my books again page, which sends it to the email address you bought with.
- Personal licence. When you buy an ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for yourself. Your name, email address and order reference are printed on your copy.
- No resale or sharing. You may not sell, share, copy, upload, publish or distribute the ebook or your download link to anyone else, in whole or in part. The book remains the property of its author and publisher. We may withdraw access to a copy that has been shared.
- Payment. Payments are made on Paystack's secure pages, in Ghana cedis, at the price shown when you buy. If you paid and did not receive your book, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will put it right.
Cement supply
- Minimum order. We supply cement by the truckload. The minimum order is one truckload (1,000 bags of 50 kg). We do not normally supply smaller quantities.
- Quotes subject to confirmation. Prices, grades, quantities, delivery locations and availability shown on this website or given in a conversation are for guidance. A quote is valid only when we confirm it in writing, and it can change with the cost of cement and transport, your delivery location and the volume ordered, until it is confirmed by us and accepted by you. An order is only agreed once we have issued an invoice for it.
- Payment terms. Payment is due as agreed with you and shown on your invoice, including any deposit and the due date. Credit is offered only where we have agreed it with you in advance. Please pay by the due date using the payment details on the invoice, and tell us the reference so that we can issue your receipt. We may delay or refuse further orders while an invoice is overdue.
- Delivery. Delivery is to the location agreed on the invoice. Transport and any offloading charges are shown on the invoice. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and check the bags on arrival, and tell us straight away about any shortage or damage.
- Changes and cancellation. Tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Cancelled orders are recorded as cancelled, not deleted. Where goods have already been loaded or transported for you, we may charge the reasonable costs we have incurred.
- Brands. We supply CIMAF cement as an authorised dealer. CIMAF and other brand names belong to their owners.

The content on this website, including text, books, images and videos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own use but may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. We try to keep the information accurate but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on it, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
