You can buy CIMAF cement in Ghana by the truckload from NEXT STEP by MAP, a CIMAF distributor. One truckload is 1,000 bags of 50 kg. We supply hardware shops, building materials retailers, wholesalers and contractors, and we deliver to more than 70 locations across Ghana.
What CIMAF products can you buy?
- Kantinka Hemaa (CEM II/A-L 52.5N): 25 kg bag. Block laying, screeding and all masonry applications.
- Kantinka (CEM II/A-L 52.5N): 50 kg bag. Normal reinforced concrete, pavement concrete, cement-based tile adhesives, sandcrete block manufacturing and high-rise construction.
- Optimum (CEM II/B-M 32.5R): 50 kg bag. Block laying, screeding, single-storey buildings, non-reinforced concrete and tiling work.
- Ultimate Plus (CEM II/B-L 42.5R): 50 kg bag. Block laying, plastering, tiling and general masonry.
- Katakyie (CEM II/C-M 32.5N): 50 kg bag. All mortar applications, and concrete not subjected to high stresses.
Names, grades and uses are as published by CIMAF. Availability can vary, so we confirm it with every quote.

Do you sell single bags?
No. Our minimum order is one truckload. If you need a few bags, buy from a hardware shop that stocks CIMAF cement.
